Data Collected
Contact Form
Full name, email address, subject, message. Used solely to respond to your enquiry.
Newsletter Regard
Email address. Used exclusively to send our bi-monthly letter. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in each email.
Artist Onboarding
Professional data (artistic background, portfolio, contacts). Collected via our onboarding chatbot and stored in our Airtable database for artist representation management.
Browsing Data
Anonymised technical data (truncated IP address, browser type, pages visited). Collected for statistical purposes only.
Legal Bases for Processing
• Contract performance: managing relationships with represented artists.
• Consent: newsletter subscription (withdrawable at any time).
• Legitimate interest: handling contact requests, website security.
Retention Periods
Contact data: 3 years from the last exchange. Artist data: duration of the representation contract + 5 years. Newsletter data: until unsubscription.
Recipients
Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be shared with our technical service providers (Airtable, N8N, Vercel, emailing service) under GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.
Transfers Outside the EU
Some providers (Vercel, Airtable) are based in the United States. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
